• Certified Data Destruction: Available without charge for eligible items accepted under the conditions of the Free Service, otherwise £24.99 per device or storage media
• Certified Data Destruction + Device Return: £49.99 per device
Free Service
The Free Service is a discretionary service offered for qualifying data-bearing media and devices accepted following assessment by RedLibrary.
Acceptance under the Free Service is determined solely at the discretion of RedLibrary. Assessment may take into account the type of device or media, condition, quantity, processing requirements, operational considerations, and potential residual commercial value.
RedLibrary reserves the right to accept or decline any item submitted under the Free Service where it falls outside the scope of the service or where processing is not considered commercially or operationally viable.
Standard Data Destruction provides batch-level processing confirmation with online verification.
Certified Data Destruction provides device or media-level chain-of-custody documentation including recorded image evidence, processing timestamps, and online verification.
Where applicable, a £0 service invoice may also be issued to support organisational record keeping.

Review based on publicly available information, observable website behaviour, public source references, privacy documentation, trackers, third-party services, cookie and consent observations, DNS/CDN indicators, and related technical findings.
• Internal Data Security & Governance Review: from £999.99
Extended review performed under NDA where additional documentation, system information, configuration details, supplier information, process documentation, backend flow references, limited source code access, or other controlled evidence is provided.
• Post-Incident Review Support: scoped depending on complexity, available evidence, documentation requirements, and review depth
• Remediation & Advisory Support: quoted following review findings where additional assistance is required
Reviews focus on understanding what happens to data, identifying uncertainty, assessing observable processing activities, reviewing third-party services, comparing documentation with operational reality, and highlighting areas requiring verification.
Findings are issued in a documented report. Where applicable, reports may include an online verification reference to support record keeping, due diligence, and future review.
