Wiping and destruction are performed in accordance with GDPR, ISO 27001, NCSC, NIST 800-88 Rev.1, and NIS2 compliance standards,
using DoD 5220.22-M (3-pass) or firmware-based Secure Erase procedures.
Every process is recorded under 24/7 CCTV surveillance for full accountability.
If a device cannot be securely wiped and no return is requested, we perform physical destruction at no extra cost.
In wipe-and-return cases, customers are notified if wiping fails and can choose between return or destruction — both actions are documented and certified.
