All devices are processed in a secure, isolated environment with no internet access beyond internal tools such as our SAP system. Wiping is performed using standards-compliant methods, including DoD 5220.22-M (3-pass minimum), and all activity is recorded under 24/7 CCTV surveillance for full accountability. If a device cannot be securely wiped and return has not been requested, we carry out physical destruction (at no extra cost).
